ecorend SP77 Silicone Masonry Paint is a full Silicone resin-based, ready to use, high performance through coloured paint that is highly vapour permeable. Designed to give an ultra-high weatherproof finish whilst allowing the building to breathe. Excellent coverage rates dependent on substrate with outstanding covering power.

Colours

ecorend SP77 Silicone Masonry Paint is available in a range of 33 standard colours.  Specifiers should consult the Thin Coat Colour Chart and, whenever possible, obtain samples prior to specification.

Concrete, Brick, Dash, Roughcast, Render, Bonded Paint & Coating

Suitable Primer

ecorend SP77 – Diluted with up to 50% of clean water

Coverage

Approx. 4 to 15m2 per litre

Properties

Silicone Water Repellent, Highly Breathable, Excellent Adhesion, Coloured for Low Maintenance, Ready to Use, Suitable for Brush, Roller or Spray Application.
Humidity Requirement – Less the 85%
Application Temperature 5˚C to 25˚C for a minimum of 24 hours
